1.1 Should you create an online course?

I am a strong advocate for online courses, but I don’t believe that everyone should have one just because you have been led to believe that you should. 

There are 3 questions you should ask yourself before you decide you are going to make an online course. 

1. Where will your course fit in your business strategy?   What does the course look like and where does it fit with your other business services?
2. Do you have a plan?  Do you know what you want to do with your course?  Do you have the time to make this work amongst all your current projects?
3. Do you have an audience?   

Action Steps:

Write down the answers to those three important questions.  Document and track the answers!
